MEET OUR TEAM
Steven has been working in the fitness industry since 2010, and has held just about every position possible during that time. Between that experience and his time in the Marine Corps, he believed that fitness and training needed to be done better, and set off on that mission in 2014.
Steven believes that the best type of training you can do is the type that you’ll do regularly to see results. It must take into consideration training, nutrition, and thinking. Because TNT isn’t just about health or performance, it’s about helping you live a more fulfilled life, and helping you stand out in a big way on and off the field.
HEAD STRENGTH COACH
Chad has been coaching with TNT for over 10 years, previously worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for NC State, and played football for 17 years.
Chad is particularly passionate to see the adults he works with be successful because of the positive impact it has on their family. With every athlete he sees it as his responsibility to not just help them achieve the next level, but also be a mentor and role model for their athletic career and life.
