COACH STEVEN

Steven first became involved in the fitness industry over 15 years ago, shortly after joining the Marines and serving for six years. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of coaching across the country and attending numerous certifications and educational courses. Over the years, Steven has witnessed firsthand how fitness changes families' lives and how athletes can achieve so much when they have a little extra coaching, confidence, and someone who believes in them!

He strongly believes that the best type of exercise you should do is what you'll do regularly. Steven ensures that his team continually educating and gaining experience because you should KNOW that when you come to TNT you will achieve your goals.

Steven is also especially grateful to raise his family in the community where he grew up. A place where we sometimes take for granted our strong family values, grit, and work ethic. He cherishes the opportunity to give back to a community that has played such a pivotal role in his life.

COACH CHAD

Chad Kollmann has been a dedicated member of the TNT team since 2008. Prior to that was a Strength and Conditioning Coach at NC State and played football for 17 years.

Over the course of his career, Chad has coached dozens of athletes who have earned Division 1 scholarships, as well as hundreds of individuals through weight loss, injuries, and impressive personal accomplishments, such as completing IronMan competitions and running a marathon a day for 14 consecutive days.

Coach Chad is truly one of a kind in his approach to training and coaching, driven by his deep faith and strong family values. His genuine desire to connect with others and see them succeed goes beyond just achieving short-term fitness goals—he is committed to helping individuals thrive in all aspects of life.

The reason most programs do not work (long-term) is that they are providing a band-aid solution. We work with you to uncover the patterns that keep you in the vicious cycle of “all-in” or “not in at all.” After we create a solid foundation we help you change your habits.

CUSTOM WORKOUTS

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all. Because it doesn’t. What works for someone else may not work for you based on numerous factors. That’s why we take into consideration your goals and your current lifestyle as well as what type of person you are (i.e. type-a, laid back), and create a program for you.

ACCOUNTABILITY

We are here for you! We won’t just set you up with a program and wish you the best. We understand the importance of accountability, which is why we have systems in place to help keep you accountable.
